David has spent the past 25 years in industrial construction, primarily power and energy. He started as a field engineer and assistant civil superintendent. 21 years ago, he transitioned into Business Development and started building Alliances.

- David's industry experience includes organizations with varying proficiencies --Gemma Power, Kiewit Power, AMEC / Foster Wheeler, DEPCOM Power, Robins & Morton. This has afforded him the opportunity to cultivate relationships with a diverse group of people, developing a network within a variety of utilities, municipalities, OEM’s, engineering and construction companies.
- Rodney's industry experience includes Siemens, ABB, Robins & Morton, S&B, Black & Veatch and Wood Group are just a few of the engineering/construction companies and OEMs he has represented.
Rodney Johnson
Rodney Johnson joined Alliance BD Group in January 2025.
His passion for creating and maintaining long-lasting business partnerships adds to our growing goals and success.
Rodney has worked in the conventional power, T&D, and renewable energy sectors for more than 40 years. This includes 30 years managing business development groups and 18 years employed for large OEMs, first as an engineer in a turbine manufacturing facility and later as a utility/IPP key account manager.
